通过对人体胸主动脉生理结构特点及性能分析,经过编织、500℃热处理、缝制等工艺研制完成一种新型微创介入治疗用TiNi形状记忆合金胸主动脉支架,该支架由记忆合金丝和人造血管组成,呈渐细、无粱结构.利用电子万能实验机测量支架丝材力学性能和径向支撑力,DSC测量支架恢复温度,临床医生对支架的结构设计进行了验证.研究结果表明,该支架形状完全恢复的温度为(25.9±3)℃,径向支撑力在6~8 N之间,无梁渐细结构能大大降低医生的操作难度,具有更好的柔韧性和均匀弹性膨胀性,更加符合人体胸主动脉生理结构特点,在临床上取得良好的试验效果.
