采用电弧熔炼法制备Ti-xMo-7.5Nb-1Sn四元系合金,并用X射线衍射仪、万能拉伸试验机和纳米压痕仪等对淬火母合金的物相结构和力学性能进行了研究.结果表明:Mo的含量影响合金的相组成,随着Mo含量的增加,合金的相成分依次从α″马氏体单相,转变成α″+β双相,最后变成β相;杨氏模量和硬度随着Mo含量的增加呈现出相同的变化趋势;同时,所有的合金都有良好的延展性,断裂延伸率在27%~47%范围内变化.当Mo的含量为5%(原子分数)时,合金具有最好的综合力学性能.
