研究了从紫金山铜矿生物堆浸矿堆中分离到的浸矿微生物,在不同的初始培养基pH(1.0~3.0)下的活性和在不同初始培养基pH(1.4~4.5)下对紫金山硫化铜矿石的浸出规律.结果表明,生长稳定后初始pH值小于1.8的溶液的pH值稳定在1.6左右,而初始pH值大于2.2的溶液的pH值稳定在1.9左右.而不同初始pH(1.4~4.5)的浸矿实验表明,适于该浸矿微生物浸矿的最佳pH值在1.8~2.3之间,最终矿浆电位与铜的浸出率存在一定的线性关系.
