用正交试验法研究了用程序升温法制备碳化钨粉末过程中不同碳化温度、 碳化时间和甲烷气体流速对产品粒度和比表面的影响,优化出较佳的工艺条件:即在800 ℃,甲烷气体流速为10 ml · min-1条件下反应12 h,可制得超细碳化钨粉末,其粒度D50和比表面SBET分别为0.60 μm和4.08 m2 · g-1. 该样品粒度小、比表面大. 通过激光粒度仪、比表面测定仪、 XRD对样品的粒度、比表面、晶相组成等进行了分析,并在CO2重整CH4反应中研究其催化性能.
