采用回归正交法设计实验,在实验审用电阻炉模拟转底炉工艺研究了温度、时间、配碳量、金属粉配比和钠盐配比等因素对钒钛磁铁矿碳热还原过程中的金属化率和失氧率的影响.对试验结果回归,建立了金属化率、失氧率与因素间的关系模型,并解决和验证了各因素的优化解.结果表明,添加金属粉和钠盐后钒钛磁铁矿还原温度明显降低;添加2.5%金属粉和0.5%钠盐,还原温度在1280℃左右,还原时间30 min左右,配碳量22.7%时,钒钛磁铁矿还原的金属化率可达到95%以上.
