研究了氢对TC4钛合金高温淬火过程的亚稳相转变以及其微观组织的演变的影响.试验结果表明,随着氢含量的增加.氢首先促进了TC4钛合金中斜方马氏体α"的生成,α'体积分数降低.在0~0.45%(质量分数)之间,形成了α'和α"共存的独特组织,并在0.45%时α"马氏体体积分数达到最大;继续增加氢含量,氢开始抑制马氏体,促进更稳定的体心β的生成.亚稳相分解试验表明,氢降低了马氏体分解转变温度,随着时效温度的升高和氢含量增加,显微硬度降低.同时,与α'分解相反,经过时效后,β相取代α首先在马氏体α"内析出,细化了晶粒.
