应用压缩试验研究了置氢TC4钛合金的室温变形性能; 利用金相显微镜、 X射线衍射仪和扫描电镜等手段分析了置氢后组织演变、相组成和断口特征. 结果表明: 氢处理改善了材料的相组成, 促进了塑性相α″马氏体和亚稳β相的生成, 氢处理后变形极限在低氢时没有较大提高, 随后氢含量超过0.45%后, 塑性大幅度提高, 变形极限较原始提高了90%. 在压缩试验中, 流变应力对氢有较高的敏感性, 随着变形速度和氢含量的增加, 速度引起的加工硬化降低.

Uniaxial compression tests were utilized to investigate room temperature deformation behavior of the hydrogenated TC4 alloy. Microstructure evolvement, phase composition and fracture characteristics were analyzed by optical microscopy, X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results showed that phase composition was improved, the plastic phases α″ martensite and the metastable phase β formed after hydrogen treatment. When hydrogen concentration exceeded 0.45% (mass fraction), the plasticity increased dramatically, the deformation limits improved 90% compared with the as-received alloy. The flow stress was more sensitive to hydrogen. The deformation hardening caused by the increase of deformation rate decreased with the increase of hydrogen concentration.
