采用XRD,SEM,P-CT等方法研究了热处理温度(873~1473 K)对含Pd45.3%(质量分数)的载钯硅藻土(Pd/K)复合材料微观形貌和储氢性能的影响.结构及微观形貌分析表明:Pd/K复合材料由Pd和SiO2两相组成,且相组成不随热处理温度的升高而变化;1123 K以下温度热处理时,Pd/K复合材料中细小的钯颗粒分布于硅藻土颗粒表面和孔隙内,同时,复合材料具有高的比表面积和孔容.随着热处理温度的升高,钯颗粒聚集长大形成网状膜,导致复合材料比表面积和孔容降低.储氢性能分析表明:1123 K以下低温热处理的Pd/K材料饱和吸氢容量低、压力平台斜率大,升高热处理温度可显著降低其吸氢平台斜率,减小吸放氢压力滞后,增大储氢容量.
