采用真空烧结方法,在不同烧结温度下制备Ti-Mo(9:1)多孔合金,对材料的表面形貌和微观结构进行研究.结果表明,随着温度升高,样品由松散颗粒逐渐烧结形成多孔合金.高分辨透射电镜(HRTEM)观察发现,870和890℃烧结的样品中都有α相从β相中析出,同时还可以观察到B/βremain分解为β1+β2两相.随后的室温吸氢性能测试结果表明,大量β相的析出利于提高Ti-Mo样品的吸气性能.
