采用固相法制得了SmCoxFe1-x03(x=0,0.2,0.4,0.6)粉体.借助XRD,SEM对不同Co掺杂量的SmCoxFe1-xO3粉体的物相组成和形貌进行了表征.此外,利用网络分析仪测试了不同Co掺杂量下SmCoxFe1-xO3的电磁特性及微波反射损耗性能.测试结果表明:采用固相法在1250℃、保温3h、当Co掺杂量x≤0.4时,可以制得单一相的SmFeO3粉体;颗粒呈现不规则形貌,颗粒尺寸随着掺杂量的增加有所减小,当掺杂量x=0.4时,平均颗粒尺寸约为1 μm;适量掺杂Co元素后,材料的介电损耗有所增强,样品的复介电常数同时也有所改善;当单层SmCo0.4Feo.6O3材料的厚度为2.1mm时,反射损耗在15.8 GHz左右出现约为-21 dB的峰值.
