通过恒温氧化实验研究了氢化锆在O2,CO2,CO2+P气氛中的氧化行为,分析了不同气氛下氢化锆表面形成氧化膜的生长速度、物相组成、表面形貌及其阻氢性能.结果表明,特定温度下氢化锆的氧化增重规律为O2> CO2> CO2+P.各氧化气氛下形成氧化膜的物相组成相同,主要由单斜相M-ZrO2和T-ZrO2组成.氢化锆在CO2+P气氛下形成的氧化膜具有较低的生长速度,氧化膜的阻氢效果较好.
