将硒粉和铌粉按一定化学计量比混合,随后在800℃下固相反应生成NbSe2粉末;将得到的NbSe2粉末与一定量的Cu粉在QMISP2型球磨机上球磨9 h(转速200 r·min-1)混合均匀,干燥后放入固相反应釜中,再在800℃下固相反应得到Cu0.38NbSe2粉末;利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)分析了Cu0.38NbSe2粉末样品的相成分和微观形貌.与此同时,将Cu0.38NbSe2粉末作为润滑油添加剂添加到液体石蜡油中,采用UMT-2摩擦磨损试验机测定了其摩擦学性能.结果表明:产物Cu0.38NbSe2仍然具有母体NbSe2的六方结构,但尺寸变大并发生团聚;由此可以推断出NbSe2将会完全与基体Cu反应生成插层化合物CuxNbSe2(0 <x <0.66),其作为润滑油添加剂在低载荷下表现出的摩擦学性能较差,在高载荷下的摩擦学性能较优,并解释了其摩擦机制.此外,提出NbSe2/Cu基复合材料中的润滑相是CuxNbSe2而非NbSe2 .
