以聚二氧戊环为增塑剂,通过低聚醚硫酸盐与聚醚聚氨酯的混合,制备了一系列新型的聚醚聚氨酯/低聚醚硫酸盐(PU/SPEO)电解质.讨论了温度、氧钠摩尔比、低聚醚硫酸盐的结构、增塑剂等因素对离子电导率的影响.研究结果表明,该体系的离子电导率在中等温度(60℃)下达到10-5S/cm.离子电导率的温度依赖关系不符合Arrhenius公式.在所研究的SPEO浓度范围内,低聚醚硫酸盐含量的增加有利于离子电导率的提高.在相同氧钠摩尔比的情况下,PU/SPEO600的电导率高于PU/SPEO400.此外,增塑剂的加入及其加入量的不同,对离子电导率有较大的影响.
An oligo-polyether sulfate(SPEO) was prepared from polyethyleneoxide and HClSO3 and a series of solid polymer electorlytes, complex of oligo-polyether sulfate with polyether-polyurethane, were prepared using polydioxolane as a plasticizer. FT-IR, 1H NMR and complex impedance analysis were used to characterize the samples. The effects of temperature, salt concentration and plasticizer on the ionic conductivity of the complexes were investigated. The ionic conductivity was not of Arrhenius type in relation with temperature and it increased with increase of oligo-polyether sulfate. At the same molar ratio of ether unit to Na+ the ionic conductivity of PU/SPEO600 was higher than that of PU/SPEO400. The highest ionic conductivity of the complexes was 10-5 S/cm at 60 ℃. The plasticizer polydioxolane had great effect on the ionic conductivity.
