研究了硫酸浓度对蛇纹石中MgO浸出反应速率的影响,并建立蛇纹石中MgO的浸出反应速率表达式:(1)当硫酸用量大量过量时,浸出反应速率方程式为rMgO=k1.cmH.cnMgO,其中反应级数m、n分别为m=0.20~0.24、n=2,反应的表观活化能在85~95kJ/mol范围;(2)工艺浸出条件下,其浸出反应速率方程式可表示为dr′MgO/dt=k2.(7.144-3.40r′MgO)0.226.(1-r′MgO)2.

The influence of sulfuric acid concentration on the leaching rateof MgO from serpentine was studied, and the leaching rate equation of MgO can be expressed as rMgO=k1cmHcnMgO in a large excess of sulfuric acid, where the reaction orders m=0.20~0.24, n=2, the apparent activation energy Ea=85~95 kJ/mol; at practical leaching conditions the leaching rate equation of MgO has the form: dr′MgO/dt=k2.(7.144-3.40r′MgO)0.226.(1-r′MgO)2.
