采用三元催化剂化剂[N(P204)3-Al(i-Bu)3-BrCH2CH2Br]以顺序聚合法合成异戊二烯/1,2-环氧己烷嵌段共聚物,研究了共聚合特征.用红外光谱和元素分析对共聚物进行表征.用电化学吸附法将葡萄糖氧化酶固定在该共聚物中制成异戊二烯/1,2-环氧己烷嵌段共聚物葡萄糖氧化酶电极,该电极呈现典型的酶催化反应动力学特征.固定葡萄糖氧化酶的表观米氏常数为32.2 mmol/L,酶催化反应的活化能为37.2kg/mol.

The block copolymer of isoprene(Ip) and 1,2-epoxyhexane(HEO) was synthesized by rareearth coordination catalyst, [Nd (P204)3-AI (i-Bu)3-BrCH2CH2Br]. The polymerization behavior wasstudied in detail. The polymer was characterized by IR and elemental analysis. The poly(isoprene-b-1,2-epoxyhexane) glucose oxidase electrode, which was formed by immobilization of glucose oxidaseon the poly (Ip-b-HEO) film using the electrochemical method, has kinetic characteristics of thetypical enzyme-catalyzed reaction. The apparent Michaelis constant and activation energy for theimmobilized glucose oxidase are 32. 2 mmol/L and 37.2 kJ/mol, respectively.
