研究了酰胺、仲胺、胍、季铵盐、TBP 5种萃取体系对碱性氰化液中金的萃取分离,考察了平衡时间、水相pH值等因素对金萃取率的影响,测定了金的饱和容量,考察了5种萃取体系对银、铁、铜、镍氰配合物的萃取. 结果表明,5种体系从碱性氰化液中萃取分离金的能力大小次序为:三烷基甲基氯化铵(N263)>三烷基胍(Lix7825)>多烷基支链仲胺(7203)>二-(甲基庚基)乙酰胺(N503)>磷酸三丁酯(TBP). 这亦与萃取剂的碱性强弱次序相吻合. 萃取Au(CN)-2的选择性及饱和容量次序则与之相反. 合成料液单级萃取及金精矿氰化浸出液三级连续萃取实验证明了上述结论.
