用示差扫描量热法(DSC)考察了聚丙烯(PP)和聚丙烯/接枝物/有机蒙脱土复合材料(PP/PP-g-MAH/Org-MMT)的非等温结晶过程. 用Avrami方程和Ozawa方程对上述体系非等温结晶过程进行分析. t1/2、Zc、F(T)、Tp等参数表明,降温速率相同时,PP/PP-g-MAH/Org-MMT复合体系的结晶速率大于PP的结晶速率,前者的结晶温度明显高于后者. Kissinger方法的计算结果表明,添加有机蒙脱土可使PP的结晶活化能增大,添加PP-g-MAH可使PP/Org-MMT复合体系的结晶活化能减小,与PP的结晶活化能相近.
