介绍了丙酮酸脱氢酶系(PDH)靶酶的特性与作用机制,概述了有关PDH抑制剂的研究动态以及相关的重要研究结论,并简要介绍了本实验室的工作进展:利用生化推理的方法设计新型丙酮酸脱氢酶系抑制剂,发现了以丙酮酸脱氢酶系为靶标的先导体--α-(取代苯氧乙酰氧基)烃基膦酸酯;研究证明了该类化合物为丙酮酸脱氢酶系的强抑制剂,并具有良好的除草活性.
