以硝化纤维素为原料,经一锅法醚化和胺化2步反应合成了仲胺型硝化纤维素(ACN).采用元素分析、红外光谱、13C核磁共振波谱、X射线光电子能谱等对产物结构进行了表征.仲胺型硝化纤维素对肌酐有较好的吸附性能:在肌酐质量浓度为60 m/L、温度为37℃、透析液pH=7的条件下,0.5 g ACN对肌酐的吸附平衡时间为2 h,平衡吸附率为68%.
