采用静电喷射沉积法(Electrostatic spray deposition,ESD)制备了LiCoO2/LiMn2O4复合薄膜.X射线衍射结果表明,所制备的LiMn2O4膜均为尖晶石型.俄歇电子谱测试结果表明,一步沉积法制备的LiCoO2/LiMn2O4复合膜中,Co向本体扩散形成Co掺杂LiMn2O4;分步沉积法制备的样品Co分布在LiMn2O4表面.电化学实验结果表明,表面包覆LiCoO2可以改善LiMn2O4膜在高温下的循环稳定性,分步沉积法制备的样品性能优于一步沉积法制备的样品,且高倍率放电能力增强.对电极改性的机理作了进一步探讨.
