由N,N-二乙基硝酸胍(1)与双乙烯酮制备了农药中间体嘧啶醇(2),经硝化、氯化,得到4-氯-5-硝基嘧啶(4). 通过化合物4与苯(硫)酚反应,制备了新型嘧啶苯氧(硫)醚类化合物(5). 并发现由化合物4的巯基乙酸甲酯衍生物(6)与水合肼的新反应,得到嘧啶肼(8). 化合物结构均经过元素分析、1H NMR、IR及MS确证. 生物活性测试表明,所合成的化合物具有一定的除草、杀菌及抗烟草花叶病毒活性.
