利用C80微量量热仪测试了锂离子电池内部主要产热过程. 分析了电池内部有机电解液的热分解、正负极的热分解及其与电解液的反应热特性. 结果表明,嵌锂碳与电解液甚至在40 ℃就有反应,脱锂Li0.5CoO2与电解液在132 ℃开始反应放热. 当电池温度超过72 ℃时,开始发生放热反应,总放热量为1 036.7 J/g.
