用燃烧法制备镱(Yb3+)、铥(Tm3+)共掺杂,氟化钇钠(NaYF4)为基质的上转换发光材料,样品用980 nm红外光激发能发出强蓝光. 结果表明,掺杂Yb 3+ 、Tm 3+ 摩尔分数分别为2.68%、0.024%,温度控制在450~550 ℃、反应时间约110 min、燃烧剂尿素占摩尔分数30%时,上转换蓝光最强.
