在BR缓冲溶液中,藻酸钠(SA)能与某些碱性二苯基萘基甲烷染料如维多利亚蓝4R(VB4R)、维多利亚蓝B(VBB)和夜蓝(NB)结合,而使共振瑞利散射(RRS)急剧增强并产生新的RRS光谱.藻酸钠质量浓度为0.085-4.0 mg/L(维多利亚蓝4R体系)、0.075-3.0 mg/L(维多利亚蓝B体系)、0.13-3.0 mg/L(夜蓝体系)时与散射强度呈直线关系.方法具有较高的灵敏度,其检出限(3σ)分别为22.0×10-9/mL(VB4R-SA体系),25.6×10-9g/mL(VBB-SA体系)和37.5×10-9g/mL(NB-SA体系).其中以维多利亚蓝4R体系最为灵敏,并以其为例研究了共存物质的影响.结果表明,方法选择性好.用于面条和海带提取液中藻酸钠的测定,结果满意.
