用三步合成法(共沉淀法、微乳液聚合、Stober过程)制备了(Fe3O4/PVA)/SiO2磁性纳米颗粒,并在颗粒表面进行了醛基化修饰. 用TEM对不同工艺获得的颗粒形貌和结构进行了表征. 结果表明,中间产物Fe3O4/PVAc颗粒的平均尺寸为100 nm;终产物(Fe3O4/PVA)/SiO2的尺寸在100~500 nm范围内是可调的. 醛基化的(Fe3O4/PVA)/SiO2对BSA蛋白具有捕获能力,并且颗粒结合蛋白后具有一定的持久性和耐温性.
