在高温超导YBa2Cu3O7-δ颗粒膜上刻成0.3×0.1mm2的桥型样品,测量了它在8mm微波辐照下的响应特性.实验结果表明:通过优化器件参数,响应率可达104V/W,在T=70K时噪声等效功率为5.2×10-14W/Hz1/2,当入射微波斩波频率为500kHz时响应时间低于3.9×10-8s
