本文报道在Zr(Y)O2和LaAlO3 两种衬底上制备的YBa2Cu3O7-δ单晶膜的荧光光谱.样品用原位中空柱状阴极直流磁控溅射法制备.结果表明,随衬底材料的不同呈现不同的荧光光谱分布.沉积在Zr(Y)O2上的YBa2Cu3O7-δ膜的光谱主峰位于2.85eV,而沉积在单晶LaAlO3衬底上YBa2Cu3O7-δ膜的主峰位于2.12eV 处.前者由3.0eV和2.80eV两个峰组成,改变激发能可以使它们分离;升高衬底温度出现低能峰.后者为单峰,峰值位置不随激发能的变化而改变.我们对结果进行了讨论.
