本文指出,影响第二类超导体中磁通运动势垒函数U(T,B,J)的并非传输电流J的全部,而是其中和被钉住的磁通线相关的部分Jp=J-E/ρf.由此可以推出一个普适于第二类超导体的约化形式的统一物质方程,y=xexp[-γ(1+y-x)p].它与大量实验结果符合,初步成功地解释了伏安特性正负曲率共存,钉扎力的标度律,反常霍尔效应,磁通蠕动的温度关系,交流磁化率的振幅效应等重要现象.用此方程导出的在相变温度TgYBCO=78K两侧的1100条等温伏安特性曲线,按照涡旋玻璃和玻色玻璃的标度方法都能约化成两条折叠曲线并与IBM实验室Koch等著名的实验结果定量符合,显示了"一式两相".与此方程形式相似的函数也可以描述分数量子霍尔效应样品的I(V)特性和超导-正常态转变的伏安特性。
