报道了掺Ce的Bi-2212系列样品Bi2Sr2Ca1-xCexCu2Oy,x=0.1,0.2,0.3,在50到200K温区的热导率.观察到随着Ce掺杂的增加Tc以下的热导峰位基本上不变,但峰高被明显压低.我们用正常态电子散射模型对热导峰进行了拟合,结果显示Ce掺杂对Tc附近超导涨落的压制作用.
