本文系统地研究了Y-123高温超导体Ca掺杂样品Y1-xCaxBa2Cu3O7-δ(x=0,0.1,0.2,0.3)和Y-123/Cax(x=0.1,0.2,0.3)样品的超导特性,对样品的临界温度Tc及输运特性进行了对比分析.实验发现:随着Ca含量增加两组样品的Tc有不同程度的递减,样品Y1-xCaxBa2Cu3O7-δ的Tc随Ca含量增加的变化规律正好与样品Y-123/Cax相反.Ca元素的加入使两组样品临界电流都有明显提高,但在Y-123/Cax中表现得更为明显,并且受磁场的影响更小.实验中还发现,Y1-xCaxBa2Cu3O7-δ的I~V曲线存在负磁阻区,而在Y-123/Cax中却没有发现.
