为了解决MgB2单晶制备过程中存在的镁的蒸气压问题和镁的氧化问题,克服传统制备方法中对实验条件要求高,操作过程繁琐的缺点,本文采用高频感应熔炼技术,通过选取两种共晶成分的Mg-Cu和Cu-B合金,成功熔配成Mg25Cu65B10的三元合金.分析结果表明,熔配合金组织中有~40 μm的MgB2相从合金熔体中直接析出,结合热力学分析对MgB2的析出机理进行讨论.
