为理解处于铁磁金属区的掺杂钙钛矿纳米锰氧化物陶瓷体系中低场下的磁致电阻效应,本文提出了一个考虑磁矩间相互作用和磁晶各向异性能的双极子模型.理论分析和计算机模拟研究表明,这个模型能够较好地解释该Z体系在低温下的磁性行为,从而能够较好地理解颗粒间自旋极化隧穿导致的磁致电阻效应.我们还在此基础上就相似体系做了简要讨论.

A model of dipoles with dipole-dipole interaction and magnetic anisotropy energy is proposed to understand the low-field magnetoresistance of manganite perovskite nanocrystalline ceramic in the ferromagnetic metallic region. Theoretical analysis and simulation can explain the magnetic behavior successfully, leading to an interpretation of the magnetoresistance caused by spin polarized inter-grain tunneling (SPIT). Systems with the similar features of this kind of matrix system have been discussed as well.
