本文研究了Gd掺杂对Er1-xGdxNi2B2C体系超导和磁转变行为的影响.随着稀土元素Gd逐步替代Er,体系的超导电性被强烈抑制,反铁磁转变温度逐渐升高.本文就Gd掺杂对体系超导和磁性的影响机制进行了讨论,并基于DG因子模型,对实验结果进行了分析.
