本文采用传统固相反应法,成功制备了掺Pb和缺Sr的两套Bi2201系列样品,并对样品作了真空退火处理,利用电阻率分别对其超导电性和输运性质进行了观察和比较研究.我们的研究分析表明,两组样品的物理性能的变化有其不同的内在机制:真空退火样品的性能变化可以从载流子浓度的变化方面得到解释,而对于Sr位空缺样品的性能变化,则从Bi2201相的微结构畸变特征得到理解.
