采用有限元非线性算法通过增加“零扩散”边界条件对刚玉 流动粒子炉渗碳的二维浓度场进行了模拟,其中扩散系数与碳浓度之间的关系采用了Agren 表达式。以模拟结果为基础,提出了刚玉流动粒子炉“衰减式”渗碳新工艺。

In this paper, non-linear finite element method was adopted to simulate fluidized bed furnace carburizing two dimensional concen tration field by adding “zero diffusing” boundary condition. The relation bet ween diffusion constant and carbon concentration in austenite was according to A gren expression. Furthermore, the optimized technology of “Attenuating carburi zing” was presented.
