探讨了石英玻璃与铝液的反应机制,可用SiO2原位反应模 式来描述,反应产物Al2O3在SiO2一方原位生长,反应包括孕育期、反应期及反应完 了期。在反应过程中,Si原子进入铝液,Al原子被输送到反应前沿。原子的迁移主要通过原 子扩散通道(空隙、裂纹、晶界)来完成。对复合材料制品进行了X射线、能谱分析,测试 了制品反应前后的尺寸、导电性和表面粗糙度。利用SiO2原位反应模式可以制备出与石英 玻璃制品形状、几何特征一样的Al/Al2O3复合材料制品。

In this paper, the reaction mechanism between mo lten aluminum and solid silica is presented. It may be described by SiO2 in- situ reaction model. The reaction contains the incubation period, the reaction period and the period after reaction. During the reaction, Si is transported in to the Al bath, while Al is continuously supplied to the reaction front with sil ica. Atoms migrate through the transport channels (space cavity, crack and gra in boundary) mainly. X-ray diffraction analysis and EDAX analysis of composite s were made. The dimension, electrical conductivity and surface finish of produ cts were measured. A solid silica body can be transformed into Al/Al2O3 com posite while maintaining its macroscopic shape and geometrical features.
