采用喷射成形技术制备了高性能过共晶Al-Si系高强耐磨铝合金、Al-Zn系超高强铝合金和Al-Fe-V-Si系耐热铝合金。对材料的组织、性能进行了初步研究。介绍了工业发达国家喷射成型高性能铝合金的应用情况。

High strength and wear-resistant hypereutectic Al-Si alloy,ultrahigh strength Al-Zn alloy, and heat-resistant Al-Fe-V-Si alloy have been produced by spray forming process. The microstructure and mechanical proterites were primarily studied. The applications of high property Al alloy in many countries were also introduced in this paper.
