研究了CaO坩埚精炼Ni基高温合金的效果,并与MgO坩埚的熔炼效果进行了对比。结果表明:CaO坩埚比MgO坩埚有利于脱O、N;高温高真空下单纯使用CaO坩埚而无碱性渣不能脱S;熔化期对于O、N的脱除十分重要;适量的C的加入有利于脱O。
The effect of refining Ni-base superalloy by using CaO crucible was studied. The results showed that CaO was more stable than MgO and there was no effect on desulphurization by only using CaO crucible. The melting period was very important to the refining effect. Adding proper amount of carbon was of benefit on deoxidation.
