采用Fe2O3-Al+Na2b4O7系铝热离心法制备了陶瓷内衬钢管。研究了Na2B4O7添加剂对自蔓延过程和陶瓷致密化的影响。在自蔓延过程中,作为稀释剂存在的Na2B4O7,降低燃烧温度和燃烧速度,增加了陶瓷中FeAl2O4含量;Na2B4O7添加剂形成了玻璃相,延长了陶瓷的熔融期,可显著改善陶瓷致密度和内表面光整度;Na2B4O7添加剂作为除锈剂,促使过渡金属层与钢管实现了完好的冶金结合。复合管由外层钢管、中间过渡金属层和内层陶瓷三层组成,陶瓷层无压裂纹。对陶瓷层孔隙率和组织结构进行了分析,结果表明:陶瓷层由大量铁铝尖晶石(FeAl2O4),少量刚玉(Al2O3)以及基体玻璃相组成,孔隙率为4.6%。
With SHS system composed of Al, Fe2O3 and Na2B4O7, ceramic lined steel pipe was made by aluminothermy SHS-centrifugal process. The effects of Na2B4O7 additive on SHS process and density of ceramic layer were investigated. Na2B4O7 additive in thermite acted as diluent during SHS process decreased combustion temperature and combustion rate, increased the FeAl2O4 content of ceramics. The density and inner surface smooothness of ceramic layer were improved significantly by expanding the solidifying time with glass phase formed from Na2B4O7 additive. As rust removing agent, Na2B4O7 additive facilitated good metallurgical combination between intermediate and steel pipe. The composite pipe has three layers of structure: steel, interediate and ceramics. No compression crack was observed in ceramic layer. The porosity and microstructure of ceramic layer were analysed. The results show that the porosity of ceramic layer consisted of FeAl2O4, Al2O3 and glass phase is 4.6%.
