研究了湿砂型条件下Na2CO3对铝液流动性的影响并分析了其影响机理。结果表明:随砂型中Na2CO3含量的提高,型砂碱度增大,铝液流动性变差,是由型砂-铝液界面张力变大而造成的。

Effect of Na2CO3 on the fluidity of liquid aluminum for green sand casting was invesitgated, and the mechanism was analyzed. It is concluded that basicity of molding sand increases and fluidity of liquid aluminum decreases with the rising of Na2CO3 content in sand mold, and increase of interface tension of molding sand-liquid aluminum causes fluidity of liquid aluminum to decrease.
