研究了稀土元素铈对铝锂合金表面贫化层的影响以及表面贫化层对合金腐蚀形态的影响.研究表明:铈的加入会减小铝锂合金表面贫化层的深度,表面贫化层的耐蚀性优于基体的耐蚀性,并且表面贫化层对铝锂合金腐蚀形态和剥蚀速度起重要的作用.通常在贫化层中只发生点蚀,但当点蚀穿透贫化层后,腐蚀会沿着层间或晶界发展,呈现不同的腐蚀形态,这取决于热处理制度和合金的微观组织形态.
