用渗硼和新型的等离子体浸没式氮离子注入技术(PⅢ)对Cr12MoV钢进行复合处理,制备出了含有立方氮化硼的表面硬化层.经X光电子能谱和X射线衍射分析发现硬化层中的组织主要是立方氮化硼(c-BN)、六方氮化硼(h-BN)、FeB和Fe2B.在与单独渗硼处理的Cr12MoV钢试样进行对比时,对立方氮化硼表面硬化层进行了维氏显微硬度和滑动摩擦试验.结果表明:硬化层具有高达48GPa的高硬度和优良的摩擦性能.
