研究了镍对铁基合金烧结收缩的影响,探讨了含镍铁基合金的烧结机制.结果表明,镍对铁基合金具有强烈的活化烧结作用,在1 393K烧结2h后,Fe-6Ni合金的烧结收缩率约为纯铁的5倍;这种作用即使在低温(1 273K)下就很明显,并具有长时的效果.镍元素改变了Fe-C合金烧结收缩率随碳含量变化的规律,随碳含量的增加,Fe-C合金的烧结收缩减小,而Fe-Ni-C合金的烧结收缩增加.
