对集装箱板冷弯时表面微裂纹的成因进行分析.结果表明:轧制表面层的粗晶、混晶和沿轧向的分层是引起表面微裂纹的重要原因,而氧与氮含量较高对冷弯性能有不利影响;并提出了改变轧制变形量、加大轧制后冷却速度的改进工艺和方法.
