高级检索

测量了30CrNi3MoV低合金高强度钢在不同切削速度下形成的锯齿形切屑中绝热剪切带(ASB)的硬度,使用光学显微镜、SEM、TEM观察了ASB微观组织形貌.结果表明:在剪切变形局部化发生以后,会形成两种形式的ASB,即在低速下形成的以大塑性变形为特征的形变带和高速下形成的以组织细化为特征的转变带.切削速度的增加会影响形变带的硬度,而对转变带硬度影响不大.形变带的硬度是加工硬化的结果,而转变带的硬度来源于相变硬化.
