采用等径角挤压技术对2A12铝合金在室温下进行挤压变形.用TEM、SEM观察了材料的微观结构,并测试了挤压过程中强度、硬度的变化.结果表明:两次挤压可以使2Al2铝合金的平均晶粒尺寸从5μm减小到200nm左右,晶粒细化效果明显.材料经等径角挤压一次后,σb、σ0.2和硬度分别提高了70%、60%和50%.
