在研究碳、钛和铜对焊缝金属影响的基础上,开发了一种含铜微合金化的高强度高韧性气体保护焊焊丝,并且对焊丝的熔敷和焊缝金属开展了常规力学性能、系列冲击、落锤、动态撕裂和CTOD等试验.结果表明:所研制焊丝的焊缝金属具有优良的低温韧性,且实现了以得到针状铁素体组织为主的设计目标.
