利用热模拟试验机和透射电镜,研究了不同轧后保温时间和变形温度对低碳高铌微合金钢析出行为的影响.结果表明:变形后适宜的保温可使Nb(C,N)在奥氏体中大量应变诱导析出,相应地降低了固溶铌含量,使固溶铌降低γ→α相变温度的作用大大削弱;而适当降低变形温度可使Nb(C,N)在铁素体中大量析出,在条件适宜时还可发生相间析出,从而使析出相发挥重要的析出强化作用.
