采用热挤压方法制备了不同纳米ZnO添加量的尼龙1010(PA1010)复合材料,对其力学和摩擦学性能进行了试验研究.结果表明:添加少量纳米ZnO可以提高复合材料的抗拉强度、表面硬度和弹性模量;过量纳米ZnO造成复合材料抗拉强度的下降,原因在于纳米颗粒在尼龙1010基体内的分散均匀性变差,并在基体内部形成微裂纹缺陷;纳米ZnO最佳添加量为3.0%~5.0%,随ZnO添加量的增加复合材料的摩擦因数提高,磨损率有一定程度的降低,最多可达30%.
