分析了价值流图析技术的原理和实施步骤.对精益思想的基本原则--关注价值、识别价值流、使价值流顺畅地"流动'圾顾客拉动价值流做了进一步阐述,指出顾客价值应包括时间、质量和成本.以某大型零售企业的供应链精益改进为例,对现状价值流图和改进后的理想状态价值流图做了分析,采用改进后的价值流图使供应链的效率得到了改善.
